2026 Spring Roundup Print Entries are now CLOSED.
Remember: On-line registration is required for all print entries. Payment will be online. A digital copy of your print entry must be uploaded when you register. This image must match the print that is submitted to your ACCC Club Representative. The image should be 1920 x 1080 pixels with the files size up to 3MB. Deadline for the on-line registration was midnight, March 13th.
If you are also entering projected images, you will use the same account to enter and pay for your prints. Click Here to submit and pay. Be sure to look for the button to clarify that you are entering prints.

Categories, sizing and mounting requirements are outlined in the Rules Document. Price for entry is $3 per category, up to 2 images per category.
You must use the following template to print labels for the back of your prints. Please note that there are 3 versions of the label:
ACCC Print Label (“BLANK” version to be filled in manually with a ballpoint pen)
ACCC Print Label (.docx – which is suitable for current software)
ACCC Print Label (.doc – which is compatible with MS Word 1997 – 2003)
These labels will print on a 2”x4” Avery Adhesive Labels 58163 (Ink Jet).
